Terms of service

Terms of Service
Welcome to EverPaw Atelier. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Custom Made-to-Order Nature
Every wool piece is hand-sculpted after your purchase. Because each commission is one-of-a-kind, production slots are limited and lead times apply.
2. Photos Required After Order
Once your order is placed, please send clear, well-lit photos of your pet (multiple angles are ideal). The more reference detail we receive, the closer the likeness. We may message you to request additional photos.
3. Production & Approval T

Custom Order Timeline
All pieces are 100% hand-made and made-to-order. Standard production time is 6-8 weeks from the date we receive your pet's photos and reference materials.

Rush orders (+$80) are completed within 3-4 weeks.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. Your custom wool sculpture is not an in-stock item and will be created after your order is placed.
2. Production begins only after we receive clear photos of your pet.
3. You will receive WIP (work-in-progress) photos for review and approval before shipping.
4. Because this is a handcrafted commission, rush cancellation requests after production has started may be subject to a 30% restocking fee for materials and artisan time.

Please do not order if you cannot accept the 6-8 week production timeline. We thank you for your patience — your pet's memorial piece is worth the wait.
