Most pieces take 3-8 weeks depending on size. We send WIP photos throughout the process and share the final photo before shipping.

Clear, well-lit photos from the front, side, and face close-up work best. The more reference angles, the closer we can match your pet.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship via tracked mail to the US and worldwide. Orders over $150 ship free. Duties are covered by us.

What is your return policy?

Custom pieces are made to order. We offer revision rounds before shipping. Once approved and shipped, returns are handled case by case.
