Custom Order Refund Policy

Every piece at EverPaw Atelier is custom-made by hand based on your pet's photos. Because each commission is one-of-a-kind, our refund policy differs from standard retail stores.

1. Before completion
Once your order is placed and we begin sculpting, your slot in the commission queue is reserved. If you need to cancel before we start, we offer a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

2. After completion but before approval
When your piece is finished, we will send photos for your approval. We include up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost.

If your piece is completed but you decline the included revisions and decide not to accept it, we will refund 70% of the purchase price. The remaining 30% covers the materials and hours of handwork invested.

3. After delivery
If you receive your order and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of delivery for a 50% refund. The item must arrive back to us in its original, undamaged condition. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Memorial pieces
Our 3D acrylic display case memorial pieces are deeply personal tributes. Once a piece has been approved by you and shipped, it cannot be returned.

5. Shipping and duties
Free shipping within the USA on all orders. We cover all import duties and taxes — there are no surprise fees at delivery.
